2. Vendor No Show Reminders

a. No later than 6:00 p.m. the night before market day, season vendors must let the market manager know if they are not coming. By doing this, we can offer booth space to weekly vendors and keep the vendor market spaces full.

(1) Saturday morning season vendors should call Bill Kromer at 651-2683 or 240-4010 by 6:00 p.m. on Friday evening before market.

(2) Wednesday afternoon season vendors are to call Carol Zimmerman at 651-0953 or 683-0185 by 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday evening before market.

b. Weekly vendors are to call the respective market manager by 6:30 p.m. the evening before market day to ensure that space is available.
